The deal.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract. You’re responsible for anything done under your API keys — keep them secret, rotate them when anyone leaves your team, and revoke any you suspect are leaked.

Billing

himaia runs on prepaid credits. You buy credits through Stripe; we charge each successful generation against your balance at the rates shown on pricing and in the API response headers (x-himaia-charge-cents). Credits are non-refundable except where required by law, do not expire for active accounts, and have no cash value.

We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing credits retain their purchased value.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use himaia to:

• Generate voice content that impersonates a real person without their consent.
• Produce output that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Deceive someone into believing they are speaking with a human when the output could materially harm them (e.g. fraud, election interference, medical advice).
• Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or circumvent rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

Your content

Input you send (scripts, context) and output audio you generate belong to you. We claim no ownership of either. You grant us a limited license to process your input and store metadata about your generations as needed to run the service and compute billing.

Our service

himaia, its brand, and its underlying models, code, and documentation are the property of Fuse Link Inc. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to our name, marks, or source code.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that generations will be accurate, that voices will sound exactly as described, or that output is fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated audio before using it in production.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising out of your use of himaia is capped at the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You’ll indemnify Fuse Link against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your use of generated output in the real world.

Termination

You can close your account any time by emailing support@fuselink.app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, run up chargebacks, or sit inactive for more than 24 months. On termination, unused credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and we each consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is material, we’ll update the effective date above and email active users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
