- How does the credit math work?
1 credit = 1 Cinematic minute = 6 Voiced minutes = 15 Basic minutes. Pick the tier per call; the meter converts and decrements the right amount.
- What happens when my balance runs out?
Calls fail with a 402 until you top up. If auto top-up is on (Creator and Pro), the dashboard recharges automatically when your balance falls below the threshold you set — capped by a monthly auto-recharge ceiling so a runaway loop can't drain your card.
- Do unused credits roll over?
Top-up credits stay in your account until used. The Free monthly grant and subscription grants are issued on a fresh cycle — they don't stack with the previous month's grant.
- Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes — you can upgrade or cancel from the dashboard at any time. Stripe handles proration on subscription changes; on cancel you keep access until the period ends and the current grant stays in your account.
- Refunds?
If the API didn't work for you, email oz@fuselink.app and we'll refund the charge. The webhook reverses the matching credits automatically, so your account balance reflects the refund within seconds.
- How is billing handled?
Stripe. Card on file for top-ups and subscriptions. Tax is added at checkout based on your billing country. Invoices are emailed and viewable in the dashboard.
